It’s a wrap! November 2025

We did it! More than 1,000 people became so called regulars at a future location of either Vollpension Graz or Salzburg. We also raised roughly €500,000  through crowdfunding and crowd investing. Such a major success of the past six months – one I’m very happy to have orchestrated.

After closing the fundraising round for Vollpension and successfully completing my B2.1 Dutch exam, I was finally able to turn my attention to packing boxes. Moving countries with two small children and a dog turned out to be even more challenging than the fundraising round, and I’m glad to report that everything went smoothly. If I were to grade myself on international DIY moving logistics, it would definitely be an A+ :)

We’re officially Haarlemers now, and I’m very curious to see what this new chapter will bring.

The Netherlands has been a pioneering force in helping municipalities become more circular and in embracing the Doughnut Economic model, and I hope to contribute soon to the shared goal of becoming 100% circular by 2050.

On that note, I’m also happy to share that I’m now a certified Circular Economist. Combined with my B Leader qualification and my experiences over the past five years working to make the public sector more sustainable, these perspectives give me a uniquely holistic view.

Additionally, having surrounded myself with so many people who are actively pushing circular and regenerative narratives forward is incredibly refreshing, and I would highly recommend signing up for one of these programs.
