I wish everyone would compost.

zukunftswuensche

I never thought I’d voluntarily buy half a kilogram of worms. Yet we’re now happily co-living in a one-bedroom apartment, and it’s working out just fine.

I first heard about composting with worms 10 years ago and thought it was an utterly bonkers idea. But then...I learned it wasn’t.

In this episode, I’ll talk more about food waste, why how we deal with it matters, and especially what you can do about it.

I’ll explain why I think having worms works just fine (even though I had nightmares about it the first three nights after we got them).

The episode is sponsored by Wurmkiste.at and you’ll also hear some really wonderful tips by my favourite chef Sophia Hoffmann. You can listen to it here.
